Dr. Terrence “TJ” Holloway is a visionary business leader whose wisdom is rooted in both profound personal experiences and extensive professional development. A former student-athlete, he embarked on his academic journey at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he graduated with honors, earning a degree in Business Communication in 1998. Building upon this foundation, Dr. Holloway pursued his passion for business education, attaining his first graduate-level degree, a Master’s of Science in Business (MSB), from Husson College in 2008. He further honed his expertise by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Husson University in 2013. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Dr. Holloway achieved the pinnacle of academic success in 2021, graduating summa cum laude with a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Liberty University, specializing in Executive Leadership.
With over a decade of experience as an esteemed professor of business, Dr. Holloway has nurtured the minds of undergraduate and MBA students at esteemed institutions such as Eastern Maine Community College and Husson University. Today, he leverages his profound insights and dynamic teaching style to coach and mentor numerous business leaders and executives across the United States and Canada. Currently serving as a founding partner and Senior Executive Vice President of HG, LLC Professional Development & Consulting Firm (Holloway Group), Dr. Holloway remains steadfastly committed to his family life in Glenburn, Maine. Alongside his dedicated wife, Breanne, he nurtures their loving home, which is enriched by the presence of their children: Grace-Lyn (16), Jace (11), and the vibrant seven-year-old, Jaxon.
