In 2021, David managed one of Maine’s most complex ballot initiatives, overcoming $100 million in opposition to secure a victory for environmental and business groups. His work includes passing initiatives on healthcare, marijuana legalization, ranked-choice voting, and same-sex marriage.

With deep expertise in crisis management, David has handled everything from data breaches to leadership transitions. A Virginia native, David has called Maine home for 20+ years, where he lives with his family and two pet ducks, Shark and Pluto.
